Chagai Tzuriel

Mr. Chagai Tzuriel retired in 2016 from the Mossad after 27 years during which he served as head of research and analysis, representative to the U.S. and deputy division head for strategic affairs.
He is presently the director general of the Ministry of Intelligence.
Mr. Tzuriel, born in 1957, is married a father of three and a grandfather of one.
He holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern History and European Philosophy, M.A. in Middle Eastern History (Brandeis University), International Public Policy (Johns Hopkins University - SAIS) and Political Science (Haifa University) and is also a graduate of the Israeli National Security College.
